The Vegas Golden Knights are off to the Stanley Cup Final after sweeping the Colorado Avalanche in the Western Conference Final.

Mark Stone scored for a second straight game after returning in the series from injury, and Carter Hart carried a shutout up until the final minutes of a 2-1 series-clinching win on Tuesday.

The Knights advance to play the winner of the Eastern Conference Final between the Carolina Hurricanes and Montreal Canadiens.

But first, the Knights get to celebrate their third trip to the Stanley Cup Final in nine years.
