Cher, Grace Jones, and JENNIER Star In Moncler’s New Campaign

Moncler brings together Cher, JENNIE, and Grace Jones for its Re/Icons campaign, acknowledging the pioneering attitude of these women. Moncler’s story began with pioneers, from pioneers of the world’s highest mountains to pioneers of fashion. To complete the Re/Icons collection, Moncler imagines the fictional diary of a 1950s explorer. The story is based in reality, reminiscent of Moncler outfitting Lionel Terray for his 1955 ascent of Makalu. The diary comes to life through black-and-white images of the Moncler Re/Icons 2026 collection to create an archive of the heritage of Moncler and a meeting of past and present.
The Re/Icons collection recalls classic Moncler pieces and Re/vamps for an updated look. The Karakorum, originally made for Italian climbers Achille Compagnoni and Lino Lacedelli, is now available in cherry red, black, purple, and green. The Verone, a down jacket made famous by the Paninari style, is a symbol of Moncler’s cosmopolitan influence. The Himalaya, created to outfit Lionel Terray for his first ascent of Makalu, now stylishly fitted with a cinched waist and contemporary logo. Last is the Tibb, a tried-and-true classic of the Moncler brand.
Effortlessly classic herself, Cher spent years refusing to be defined. In fashion, music, and film, she created a style that defies expectations and knows no bounds. She wears the Moncler Re/Icons Himalaya jacket in white and Verone jacket in black and yellow, reminiscent of the Bob Mackie scarf dress worn in The Cher Show. She tugs on a scarf as a cheeky reference to the pop culture moment.
JENNIE commands pop culture, with an influence spanning genres, from music to high-fashion. It’s JENNIE’s world. “My most extraordinary dream is to keep discovering different versions of myself that I haven’t met yet. To keep creating freely, experiencing new things, and never stop dreaming bigger,” she says. JENNIE wears the Moncler Re/Icons Karakorum jacket in black and Tibb gilet in caramel.
Finally Grace Jones, the pioneer of empowerment through identity. “Pioneering spirit is about challenge. I like a challenge that makes me feel like I achieved something that was unachievable,” she says. She’s an icon in every sense, turning self-expression into a statement. Jones wears the Moncler Re/Icons Karakorum jacket in purple, a reference to her work with Jean-Paul Goude.
