Live updates: 3 Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies killed in training center explosion

The cause of the blast remains unclear.

Three deputies were killed after an explosion was reported early Friday at an LA County Sheriff's Department training facility in East Los Angeles.
The explosion happened at the Biscailuz Center Training Academy in the 1000 block of North Eastern Avenue around 7:30 a.m.
Local, state and national law enforcement officials said they were working to learn more about what happened.
The three veteran investigators were identified by the LA County Sheriff's Department Friday night.
A search warrant was conducted by LASD at a residence in Santa Monica linked to investigation.
