U.S. Olympian David Hearn pleads not guilty to charges in Reflecting Pool vandalism case

Hearn is one of at least four people facing charges in connection with the alleged tampering of the coating on the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, which President Donald Trump began renovating this spring.
