- The Dodgers took the lead in the 11th after a 366-foot solo home run from Will Smith over pitcher Shane Bieber.
- The Los Angeles Dodgers started Ohtani on the mound, with the Toronto Blue Jays turning to Max Scherzer. The 41-year-old veteran lasted until the 5th.
