Live updates: Erika Kirk says slain husband's ‘mission will not end'

Erika Kirk said Turning Point USA events and her late husband's podcast will go on.

The suspect arrested in the killing of conservative activist Charlie Kirk has been identified by officials as 22-year-old Utah resident Tyler Robinson. Officials said they believe the suspect "acted alone."
Officials found a bolt-action rifle wrapped in a dark towel yesterday in a wooded area on the edge of Utah Valley University, where the shooting occurred. There were inscriptions on casings found within the rifle, officials said.
One of the inscriptions had the lyrics to the Italian folk song “Bella Ciao," Cox said. Another read “Hey fascist! Catch!” with an up arrow, a right arrow and three down arrows. A third stated, "If you read this, you are gay LMAO.”
Utah County Attorney Jeff Gray is planning to file formal charges against the suspect on Tuesday, according to a statement from his office.
Trump today said that federal troops will be "going into" Memphis, and again threatened to send troops into New Orleans and Chicago.
