Riyadh — Mubasher: Osool & Bakheet Investment Company issued a clarification regarding its preliminary financial results for the first half (H1) of 2026, specifically addressing the status of its accumulated losses.

The company confirmed that these losses have reached SAR 27.85 million, which represents 34.39% of its total capital.

This disclosure follows a previous announcement made on 31 August 2026.

Due to the losses exceeding the 20% threshold of capital, the company will now be subject to the specific procedures and instructions mandated by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) for listed companies whose accumulated losses reach or exceed 20% of their capital.

Management stated that there is no additional financial impact resulting from this clarification, as the total amount and percentage of accumulated losses were previously disclosed within the preliminary financial results.

The announcement serves as a formal update to ensure compliance with market transparency requirements regarding the company's financial position.
