Riyadh — Mubasher: Osool & Bakheet Investment Company reported a narrowed net loss of SAR 15.20 million for the six-month period that ended on 30 June 2026, representing a 69.48% improvement compared to SAR 49.81 million.
The company’s loss per share improved to SAR 1.95, down from SAR 6.64 a year earlier.
The firm attributed the performance to a SAR 28.48 million improvement in net operational revenue. This was driven by a SAR 20.53 million reduction in fair value losses on financial assets and a SAR 3.84 million increase in fund management fees following the launch of new funds.
Additionally, the company benefited from the non-recurrence of a SAR 12.60 million share-based compensation expense.
Total revenues for the period reached SAR 6.34 million, recovering from a negative revenue figure of SAR 22.14 million in the prior-year period.
Total shareholders' equity stood at SAR 122.37 million, down 33.12% from SAR 182.96 million.
Accumulated losses reached SAR 27.86 million, accounting for 34.39% of the company's capital.
The external auditor issued a qualified opinion on the valuation of an investment in Creative Future for Digital Brokerage, which the company wrote down to zero during the period.
