Justice Mohammed Umar fixed the date after counsel for the Inspector-General (I-G) of Police, Maryam Kalejaiye, sought an adjournment to enable their investigating team produce him in court. 

Neither Mr Omo-Agege nor his lawyer was in court when the matter was called.
