Batangas 1st district Rep. Leandro Leviste is pressuring Secretary Vince Dizon of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) to “authenticate” the so-called Cabral files he published on social media on Christmas eve.

“I did not ever request, endorse, approve, or authorize any DPWH project or budget allocation at any stage of the budget process,” Bersamin said.
