Rivers: Court halts impeachment move against Fubara
In a ruling delivered on Friday, Justice F. A. Fiberesima restrained the Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly, Martin Amaewhule, the Clerk of the House and other defendants from sending any correspondence to the Chief Judge of the state for the purpose of initiating impeachment proceedings.
