The Federal High  Court sitting in Abuja has granted bail to the National President of Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore, Bello Bodejo, to the tune of N2

As part of the bail conditions, the judge ordered that one of the sureties must be an Abuja resident with a three-year tax clearance certificate.

Justice Inyang Ekwo, in a ruling on Bodejo’s bail application, ordered that one of the sureties must present three years of tax clearance before the court and must reside in Abuja.
