Thousands braved frigid weather to mobilise near the scene of the shooting of Renee Good in Minneapolis. 

Mobile phone footage apparently taken by the officer who fired the fatal shots shows him interacting with Good.

Ms. Good, 37, was a poet and a mother who grew up in Colorado. Her wife said the couple had “stopped to support our neighbors” when Ms. Good was shot.

In Minneapolis, a woman driver was killed by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent on Wednesday. Donald Trump said the killing was an act of “self-defense,” a claim that has been strongly disputed by local elected officials.
