Delhi High Court judge Justice Swarna Kanta Sharma recused herself from the excise policy case after initiating criminal contempt proceedings against Arvind Kejriwal and other AAP leaders over remarks targeting the court.

The Delhi High Court issued contempt notices against Kejriwal, former Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia, MP Sanjay Singh, and AAP leaders Saurabh Bharadwaj, Vinay Mishra, and Durgesh Pathak.
