The shooter’s body was found at a storage unit in New Hampshire along with two firearms.

The man believed to be behind a mass shooting at Brown University that left two people dead and wounded several others has been found dead, officials announced.

"Tonight our Providence neighbors can finally breathe a little easier," Providence Mayor Brett Smiley told reporters.

Providence police chief Colonel Oscar Perez noted that the deceased Brown University shooting suspect was "a Portuguese national."

On Thursday night, FOX News reported that the Brown University shooting suspect was found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

The Brown University attack was found deceased Thursday, capping six days of wall-to-wall coverage of a law enforcement manhunt.
