May 24 (UPI) -- Russia launched a series of a drone and missile attacks on Ukraine overnight, hitting the capital and killing at least four people, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Sunday.

Russia launched a massive overnight assault on Ukraine using several advanced missile systems, including the nuclear-capable Oreshnik ballistic missile, Iskander ballistic missiles, Kinzhal hypersonic missiles and Tsirkon cruise missiles.
