Hours after taking oath, Bihar’s new Chief Minister lays down a tough five-point governance plan, signalling urgency on corruption, delivery and development, even as political reactions pour in from across the spectrum.

The swearing-in ceremony is being held at the  Lok Bhawan in Patna, in the presence of senior leaders of the NDA alliance, which includes the BJP, Nitish Kumar’s JD(U), and three other parties.
