The Akal Takht declared Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann 'Guru Dokhi' and 'Khalsa Panth virodhi' after saying two forensic laboratories found a disputed video authentic. It also summoned all Sikh MLAs and the Punjab Cabinet on June 29 over objections to the anti-sacrilege law.
