Adani Airports to raise $1 billion for 5.54% stake sale, shares jump 5%
Adani Airport Holdings will raise Rs 9,825 crore from Alpha Wave Global, Premji Invest, Temasek and funds managed by BlackRock. The deal values the airport operator at about $18 billion and will support expansion, Airport City projects and non-aeronautical businesses.
