NIA has arrested Jasir Bilal Wani in Srinagar, who was an "active co-conspirator" of suicide bomber Umar un Nabi.

According to the NIA, the investigation has revealed that Jasir was providing technical support for terrorist activities. He used to modify drones and was also attempting to make rockets.

The NIA has described Umar Nabi as a suicide bomber, who used a Vehicle-Borne Improvised Explosive Device (VBIED) to carry out the terror attack near Red Fort metro station in Delhi on Nov 10.
