India on Thursday signed a trade pact -- Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) -- with Oman, its 17th deal so far as the country aims to boost bilateral trade and investments.

India and Oman on Dec 18 signed a free trade agreement, which will provide duty-free access to a host of Indian labour-intensive sectors.

This is the 2nd Free Trade Agreement signed in the last 6 months after United Kingdom

India has signed a comprehensive economic partnership agreement with Oman.
