Sept. 14 (UPI) -- Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle is the No. 1 movie in North America earning $70 million in receipts this weekend, BoxOfficeMojo.com announced Sunday.

Infinity Castle became the highest-grossing anime debut in North America, surpassing 1999's Pokemon: The First Movie. It is the first part of a three-film finale trilogy.
