Their growing share was also visible in the quarterly performance. For July–September, electric scooter sales rose 132.71% to 1,86,186 units. This outpaced overall two-wheeler growth by a substantial margin and took the category’s contribution to 10.12% of quarterly two-wheeler volumes.

The quarterly picture was similarly positive. Three-wheeler sales increased 46.82% to 78,475 units, with domestic growth again outpacing exports. Overseas markets nevertheless accounted for around two-thirds of the category’s July–September volumes.
The results show growth across markets, with electric scooters expanding their contribution and three-wheelers growing faster than the overall business. September added further momentum, particularly through higher domestic volumes compared with August.
