Audi India reports retail sales of 4,510 units during January to December 2025. Average monthly volumes stood at 376 units. Total cumulative retail sales between 2009 and 2025 reached 1,05,242 units. Average annual volumes across the period remained at 6,191 units.
Retail performance in 2025 reflected a year-on-year decline of 22.46 percent from 2024. Volumes in 2024 closed at 5,816 units with an average of 485 units per month. Sales in 2023 was reported at 7,931 units. Monthly volumes during 2023 averaged 661 units. The 2023 period recorded a year-on-year increase of 89.42 percent.
Audi India 2023 Retail Volumes at 7,931 Units
Earlier sales cycles show wide variation across years. Volumes in 2022 reached 4,187 units with average monthly sales of 349 units. Sales during 2021 stood at 3,293 units. Average monthly figures in 2021 were 274 units. Sales during 2020 declined to 1,639 units, reflecting monthly volumes of 137 units.
Historical data indicates higher volumes during the previous decade. Sales during 2015 peaked at 11,192 units with monthly averages of 933 units. Volumes in 2014 reached 10,851 units. Sales in 2013 stood at 10,003 units. Data for 2012 recorded 9,003 units. Monthly volumes during these years exceeded 750 units.
Audi India 2025 Sales Spread Across SUV and Sedan Lines
Product demand in 2025 remained spread across multiple segments. Audi Q7, Audi Q8, Audi S5 Sportback, and Audi RS Q8 Performance represented the higher-end range. Volume contributors included Audi Q3, Audi A4, Audi A6, and Audi Q5. These models accounted for regular retail throughput across markets.
New introductions during 2025 included the Audi RS Q8 Performance. Signature Edition variants were added for Audi A4 and Audi Q7. Signature Line versions were introduced for Audi Q3 and Audi Q5. These editions focused on predefined equipment combinations offered during the retail cycle.
Certified Pre-Owned Network Expands to 27 Facilities
Audi Approved: plus continued operations within the certified pre-owned segment. Growth during 2025 stood at 3 percent. The network operated through 27 facilities nationwide. Certified inventory exceeded 500 cars. A new Audi Approved: plus facility commenced operations in Dehradun.
Customer programmes remained part of ownership engagement. An assured buyback programme offered guaranteed future value of up to 60 percent. Eligible models included Audi A4, Audi A6, Audi Q3, Audi Q3 Sportback, Audi Q5, and Audi Q7. Drive Sure driver training and Audi Dash Cam offerings continued.
