Two Wheeler Sales July 2026 – Hero, Honda, TVS, Bajaj, Suzuki, Royal Enfield

India’s six leading two-wheeler manufacturers recorded combined domestic sales of 18,09,513 units in July 2026. This was a 20.71% increase over 14,99,010 units sold in July 2025, resulting in a volume growth of 3,10,503 units. Compared to June 2026, when these manufacturers sold 17,44,010 units, domestic volumes improved by 3.76%, representing an increase of 65,503 units. Hero MotoCorp retained its lead in the domestic market, followed by Honda and TVS.

Two Wheeler Sales July 2026 – Domestic

Hero MotoCorp sold 5,01,403 units in the domestic market in July 2026, up 21.58% from 4,12,397 units sold during the same month last year. This resulted in a volume increase of 89,006 units. Hero commanded a 27.71% share among the six manufacturers. However, domestic sales were marginally lower on a month-on-month basis. Compared to 5,02,890 units sold in June 2026, volumes declined by 1,487 units or 0.30%.

Honda was second with domestic sales of 4,76,436 units, registering a modest 2.17% YoY growth over 4,66,331 units. Month-on-month sales increased by 1.60% from 4,68,956 units recorded in June. TVS posted the strongest volume growth among the top three manufacturers. Domestic sales rose by 41.68% YoY, from 3,08,720 units to 4,37,394 units. This represented an increase of 1,28,674 units. Compared to June, TVS sales improved by 6.42%.

Bajaj Auto occupied fourth place with 1,65,747 domestic sales, up 19% from 1,39,279 units in July 2025. Its MoM performance was slightly negative, with volumes falling by 0.72% from 1,66,956 units. Suzuki Motorcycle India recorded its highest-ever domestic monthly sales at 1,23,216 units. Sales grew by 28.31% YoY and 35.01% MoM, making Suzuki the strongest month-on-month performer among the six manufacturers. Royal Enfield crossed the one lakh monthly domestic sales mark with 1,05,317 units. This represented a 38.11% YoY improvement over 76,254 units and a 2.32% increase over June 2026.

Two-Wheeler Exports Rise 29% In July 2026

Combined exports from the top six manufacturers stood at 5,19,911 units in July 2026, up 29.07% from 4,02,805 units exported in July 2025. Export volumes increased by 1,17,106 units during the year. Month-on-month exports increased by 2.08% from 5,09,304 units in June 2026. Bajaj continued to dominate two-wheeler exports with shipments of 2,22,972 units. Exports grew by 42.05% YoY, giving Bajaj a 42.89% share among the six companies. Compared to June, exports were almost flat, increasing by 0.24%.

TVS was second with exports of 1,65,744 units, up 27.43% YoY and 7.35% MoM. Honda followed with 66,498 units and recorded growth of 35.58% YoY and 12.09% MoM. Hero exports declined by 14.31% YoY to 32,013 units. Month-on-month exports also fell by 16.35%. Suzuki shipped 19,769 units, registering 12.51% YoY growth but a 16.82% MoM decline. Royal Enfield exports increased by 9.53% YoY and 16.33% MoM to 12,915 units.

Total 2W Sales July 2026 – TVS Retains Overall Sales Lead

Domestic sales and exports combined, the six manufacturers sold 23,29,424 two-wheelers in July 2026. This was a 22.48% increase over 19,01,815 units sold in July 2025, resulting in volume growth of 4,27,609 units. Compared to June 2026 sales of 22,53,314 units, overall volumes improved by 3.38%.

TVS retained its position as the largest two-wheeler manufacturer by combined domestic and export volumes. The company sold 6,03,138 units in July (highest ever monthly), up 37.45% YoY and 6.67% MoM. It accounted for 25.89% of the combined volumes of the top six OEMs. Honda ranked second with 5,42,934 units, followed by Hero MotoCorp with 5,33,416 units. Honda sales increased by 5.35% YoY, whereas Hero recorded growth of 18.60%.

Bajaj was fourth with 3,88,719 units, registering 31.21% YoY growth. Suzuki followed with its record monthly performance of 1,42,985 units, while Royal Enfield recorded total sales of 1,18,232 units. Among the six manufacturers, TVS recorded the highest YoY volume increase at 1,64,348 units. Suzuki posted the strongest MoM growth at 24.30%, supported by its record domestic performance.
