Anmat Technology officially signs contract with Saudi Ministry of Defense

Riyadh – Mubasher: Anmat Technology for Trading Company signed a contract valued at approximately SAR 36.98 million with the Saudi Ministry of Defense to implement a project for a military government entity.

The agreement involves the supply, installation, operation, testing, and delivery of specialized systems and equipment in accordance with the owner's specifications and requirements.

The contract was officially signed on 7 July 2026, following the initial award of the project on 18 June 2026.

Under the terms of the agreement, the project duration is set for 365 days, commencing from the date of the site handover.

Moreover, the total contract value includes value-added tax.

Management expects the financial impact of this project to be reflected in the company’s financial results across two fiscal periods, specifically the second half (H2) of 2026 and H1-27.

Anmat Technology further confirmed there are no related parties involved in the transaction, noting that the project aligns with the company's specialized technical services provided to government defense sectors.
