Riyadh — Mubasher: The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced on 1 October 2026 its approval for Watani Iron Steel Company to transfer its shares from the Nomu-Parallel Market, under the symbol 9513, to the Main Market.

The company currently holds a capital of SAR 181.65 million, represented by 181.65 million shares.

Following the approval, trading in the company's shares will be suspended starting from the next trading session for a period not exceeding five business days to facilitate the transition procedures, according to an official announcement.

Tadawul stated it will announce the specific suspension date and the commencement of trading on the Main Market once all regulatory requirements and procedures are finalized.

The exchange noted that the approval signifies the company’s compliance with all listing rules and regulatory requirements.

Investors are advised to review all disclosed information and consult licensed financial advisors before making investment decisions.

This move follows the established framework for companies transitioning between the Saudi market tiers to enhance liquidity and visibility for listed entities.

Watani Iron Steel submitted its share transfer request to Tadawul in July 2026.
