Tamkeen Human Resource delivers solid financial performance in H1-26; revenues up 6%

Riyadh – Mubasher: The net profits of Tamkeen Human Resource Company climbed by 2.87% to SAR 53.80 million in the first half (H1) of 2026 from SAR 52.30 million in H1-25.

The company’s revenue for the six-month period rose by 6.14% to SAR 539.20 million from SAR 508 million a year earlier.

The growth was primarily driven by the individual sector, where revenues surged by 26% to SAR 27.50 million following a 21.70% increase in the average workforce.

While corporate sector revenue grew slightly by 0.90%, gross profit for that segment fell by 17.30% due to market competition and pricing pressures. Consequently, total gross profit for the first half declined by 7.74% to SAR 88.20 million.

Total shareholders’ equity stood at SAR 375.62 million as of 30 June 2026, up 7.93% from the previous year. Earnings per share (EPS) for the half-year period rose to SAR 2.03.

For the second quarter (Q2) of 2026, net profit reached SAR 28.10 million, a 5.24% increase over the SAR 26.70 million recorded in the second quarter of 2025. Quarterly revenue improved by 2.94% to SAR 273 million.

The company noted that operating profit rose by 3.33% to SAR 27.90 million during the quarter, aided by a SAR 4.50 million reduction in expected credit loss provisions.
