The National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) sponsored Raajmarg Infra Investment Trust on Wednesday received approval from the SEBI as an Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT) to enable monetisation of road assets through retail and domestic investors.

NHAI had incorporated Raajmarg Infra Investment Managers Pvt. Ltd. (RIIMPL) as the investment manager for the Raajmarg Infra Investment Trust (RIIT).
