Traitors winner Alan Carr pictured after celebrating his Traitors win

Alan Carr was everything but a Chatty Man on Friday when he was pictured for the first time since winning The Traitors the night before.

The finale, watched by an incredible 11.1 million viewers, with a peak of 12 million according to the BBC, is the biggest overnight audience since the Gavin And Stacey final last Christmas.

It saw Alan beating much-loved former England rugby star Joe Marler and his fellow Traitor, Cat Burns.

And after having a boozy night in with Kate Garraway to watch the highly anticipated scenes, Alan was pictured looking slightly worn out this morning.

Snapped in London, the comic wore a multicoloured Urban Outfitters cap and a navy Timberland jacket with an orange check pattern, paired with jeans and casual sneakers. 

With his signature glasses off, Alan attempted to keep a low-profile for his morning stroll through the capital.

His co-stars Jonathan Ross and Kate Garraway were also snapped as they went about their day jobs, while Cat Burns was seen leaving the BBC Breakfast studios in Manchester. 

Viewers watched in awe and bewilderment as Alan snatched the £87,500 prize, despite his previous claims he was as bad a Traitor as series three star Linda Rands.

As the drinks flowed at Alan's watch party on Thursday night, he was seen breaking down in tears.

He wept as he re-watched the touching moment host Claudia Winkleman had comforted him on the BBC show.

His pal and Celebrity Big Brother housemate Angellica Bell was also at the bash, along with his close friends.

In an Instagram story, Alan shared the gigantic cake he received with his face on it, draped in a cloak with horns as a nod to the show and his win. 

Alan's surprise victory came as a result of Nick Mohammed and David Olusoga, 55, turning on fellow Faithful Joe Marler at the last minute in a shock twist that left viewers reeling.

Despite Joe, 35, correctly guessing that Alan and Cat Burns, 25, were the remaining Traitors, he failed to convince the others and found himself being banished at the last minute.

Alan was announced as the winner as the final three contestants joined Claudia Winkleman outside Ardross Castle in the tense finale.

The comedian said: 'I was awful, I had no poker face but here I am. Maybe I do exaggerate a showbiz story now and again. But to just lie to people's faces, it was tough'. 

Explaining why he broke down in tears, Alan said: 'I think all the deceit, the lying, the murdering of Paloma and Celia had all taken its toll.'  

He continued: 'I think it dawned on me that I had won such a huge amount for my charity, Neuroblastoma UK.

'The charity is so close to my heart that it all became a bit too much. Hopefully when people see how upset I was they won’t feel so bad that I killed all those national treasures.'

Neuroblastoma UK is a national charity, dedicated to finding a cure to the aggressive childhood cancer.

Viewers expressed their love for Alan following the scenes, as one declared: 'The fact that ALAN has won the entire show after this moment is exactly why I pay my tv license x #CelebrityTraitors'.
