Nagoshi Studio announces Gang of Dragon, which looks almost like a new Yakuza/Like a Dragon game

At The Game Awards 2025, Nagoshi Studio announced its new game, Gang of Dragon. And, I have to be honest here. At first, I thought it was a new Like a Dragon/Yakuza game. However, this title has nothing to do with Ryu Ga Gotoku’s series. Instead, it’s a new game.

Sadly, we don’t have any additional details about it. We don’t know when it will come out. Its publisher has not provided us with a press release, and I cannot find any page for it on either Steam or Epic Games Store.

The reason I’m saying this looks like a Yakuza/Like a Dragon game is because it almost feels like a ripoff. You see that bar? This is the exact same main bar we’ve been visiting in the Yakuza games. Even that doorbell sound is identical. And that city at the end is definitely Kamurocho.

Anyway, I’ll be sure to update the story with new details once I get my hands on them. Until then, you can watch its debut trailer!
