Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection is coming to PC in 2026
by John Papadopoulos · DSOGamingCapcom has just announced the next part in its Monster Hunter Stories series, Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection. Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection will be coming to PC in 2026, and below you can find its debut trailer.
Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection tells the story of two nations, Azuria and Vermeil, heading toward disaster. Strange crystals are spreading across the land, making things worse. One day, a mysterious egg is found, bringing a little hope. From the egg hatches a rare and powerful monster, a Rathalos, which was believed to be extinct. But then, a second monster comes out of the same egg. These two Rathalos have a special mark – the same one as two legendary dragons from a war 200 years ago. People fear that this could mean war and destruction are coming again. As the land gets worse and more monsters disappear, the signs of a new war begin to rise.
In this game, you play as the heir to the kingdom of Azuria. You have special powers that help you become the leader of the Rangers and the only person in the kingdom who can ride a Rathalos. You work hard to protect monsters and study strange crystals called egg quartz. But one day, something big happens that changes everything. This event pushes you to look deeper into the strange things happening in the world. To find answers, you travel to a dangerous and forbidden land in the north called the Meridian.
The hero is joined on their journey by Eleanor, the princess of Vermeil. Worried about the growing danger, she offers to stay in Azuria as a “hostage” to help calm things between the two kingdoms. Eleanor is inspired by the Rangers and decides to help. She brings her trusted monster friend, Anjanath, and joins the quest. Together, they try to find out what her sister, the Queen of Vermeil, is really planning. With danger all around them, the hero and Eleanor work as a team. They head into the unknown, ready to face whatever challenges come their way.
For what it’s worth, Capcom has not yet launched the game’s Steam store page. So, we don’t know whether or not it will use Denuvo. Okay, okay, it’s almost certain it will do. But hey, you never know.
Enjoy and stay tuned for more!
