Tylor Chase: Ned's Declassified Actor Is In Treatment, To Head To Rehab Soon

by · Perez Hilton

We have another update on Tylor Chase‘s situation.

As we’ve been following, the former Nickelodeon star has been a hot topic in the news recently after fans learned that he’s been homeless in California. It’s been a real effort to support Tylor — a fellow Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide star even reached out to try and help him! And now, per the local Shipwreck Barbershop owner in Riverside, the 36-year-old is headed to rehab.

According to what Jacob Harris told TMZ, he visited the former child star for three hours on Christmas Day, which he called a “tipping point”:

“I had to do something. I finally found a crisis center that would come out and do an on-site evaluation.”

After the evaluation, the crisis center confirmed he needed “medical attention” before taking him to a local hospital. According to the latest update, he’s been placed on a 72 hour hold and will be heading to a rehab facility afterwards.

A positive update! We hope Tylor can get the help he needs and can come back healthier and stronger than ever. Our thoughts are with him.
