Ariana Grande & Cynthia Erivo's Most Awkward Moment? Why This Resurfaced Clip From Wicked Promo Tour Is Going Viral!

Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo are deep into press mode for Wicked: For Good — but none of their interactions have yet to top an ultra awkward moment from their first go ‘round!

With just four days to go until the release of Wicked: For Good, fans have been combing through all of the leading ladies’ famously touchey-feely interactions both new and old, but one definitely stands out as possibly the MOST awkward!

In a resurfaced clip from 2024’s Wicked press tour currently going viral on TikTok, Ariana and Cynthia are standing side-by-side as the Yes, And? songstress talks to a reporter about a “beautiful sistership.” While she’s speaking, Cynthia is completely fixated on Ari’s sparkly diamond choker and ultimately reaches out to adjust it. Ari says, “Something’s bothering her, she’s going to fix something … she’s getting the fixing itch.” Cynthia follows up, “I’m so sorry, it’s, like, not right.”

However, fans noticed there seemed to actually be nothing wrong with the pop star’s jewelry prior to Cynthia adjusting it… In fact, she turned it so the clasp could be seen, and then seemingly adjusted it back into its original position! On Reddit, commenters wrote things like:
