Law Roach is one of thee most iconic stylists working today. His looks for some of the biggest stars in the world — including, of course, Zendaya — have made him a household name in a field where household names don't really exist.

Law is also extremely forthcoming when it comes to his opinions and overall life perspective. If he speaks, you know it's coming from an honest place, and sometimes the subject itself can be surprising — like in this resurfaced clip, when he opened up to entertainment journalist Jason Lee about why he stopped styling actor Tiffany Haddish.

"I ruined a lot of relationships because of Tiffany Haddish," Law shockingly admitted. "I tried to teach her how people should treat her. I tried to give her examples of the way other girls I work with are being treated."

"She hired some new people, and they didn't like the way I did business and the way I did things for her. And what happens is, like, these people — basically, these white people — are always the gatekeepers, right? It starts to be those little things like, 'Oh, he's difficult to work with,' or, 'This person says they don't want to work with him because of that.'"

"I'm from Chicago, I'm from the hood," Law went on to state. "It's like, if I do something wrong, we work that out, but we don't let other people come in and make this situation bigger."

But according to him, the excuses from Tiffany's team continued apace. "Then it becomes, 'He's not available,' or 'He's too expensive,' and all the shit they do," he claimed. "It got to a situation where she hired somebody, and I wasn't getting along with it. I didn't think she respected me."
