'Didi' Kareena Kapoor Slips Into A Bandhani Saree For Cousin, Aadar Jain's Wedding, Saif Looks Smart

Kareena Kapoor Khan looked stunning in a red saree as she arrived for her cousin Aadar Jain's wedding with Alekha Advani.

Kareena Kapoor Khan arrived in style to complete her sisterly duties during her bhai, Aadar Jain's wedding with Alekha Advani. However, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan looked super adorable as they made sure to mark their presence on the biggest day of Aadar's life.

Recently, we got a glimpse of Kareena, who was dressed up in a pretty red saree. She wore a beautiful bandhani saree and styled it with a sleeveless blouse. She added a pop of colour with her layered green emerald neckpiece. Subtle makeup with peachy pink highlighted cheeks and sindoor, she looked stunning. Her hair was styled in a soft curls. On the other hand, Saif looked dapper in a black-hued jacket kurta.

Kareena Kapoor Khan shared an indirect note on her husband's attack as Saif Ali Khan skips attending her cousin's family function

On February 19, 2025, Kareena took to her Instagram handle and posted a couple of pictures of her look as she attended her brother, Aadar Jain's sangeet party. The actress was dressed up in an Indo-western dress with side slits. She kept her makeup subtle, with kohl-filled eyes and hair half-tied at the back. 

However, Saif Ali Khan missed the celebration, and Kareena arrived with her sister, Karisma. Along with the photos, Kareena expressed how she has put all the negativity behind to embrace joy and celebrate love with her family. Her note can be read as:

"After the darkness, comes the light. Putting the negativity behind and embracing the joy… celebrating love and family with my favourite people. Love conquers all."

Kareena Kapoor Khan has been through the toughest times

Kareena Kapoor Khan and her husband, Saif Ali Khan, have been through the toughest time as an intruder entered their home in the wee hours on January 16, 2025. The intruder not only severely injured Saif Ai Khan but also raised serious concerns regarding the safety of their kids. However, the way the family handled the whole situation, they became the target of trolls and haters as people questioned Saif's quick recovery and Kareena's decision to send her eight-year-old son, Taimur, with him to the hospital.

Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan's decision to send Taimur with his injured father to the hospital left everyone in shock. In an interview with The Times Of India, Saif shared that Taimur wanted to come with him and he also felt comfortable seeing him accompany him. 

Saif further added that it was his wife, Kareena's decision to send Taimur with him. Thinking about the moment, Saif stated that they did the right thing as if anything had happened to him, and that he wanted his son to be there. Saif was quoted as saying:

"He (Taimur) was absolutely composed. He was fine. He said, ‘I’m coming with you.’ I was getting a lot of comfort just from looking at him at that time. And I didn’t want to go alone. My wife sent him knowing what he would do for me. Maybe it wasn’t… at the moment, it was the right thing to do. I felt good about it. And I also thought, if God forbid, something happens, I’d like for him to be there. And he wanted to be there also."
