Kaley Cuoco is popular for her role as 'Penny' in the much-loved sitcom, The Big Bang Theory. The actress is all set to welcome her second baby with her fiance, Tom Pelphrey, and is enjoying every moment of her pregnancy. Kaley recently had an emotional moment after her fiance won his first Emmy award.

Tom Pelphrey gives a shoutout to his pregnant fiance, Kaley Cuoco

Tom Pelphrey won Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for his role on HBO’s Task at the 2026 Emmy Awards. The actor was clearly very excited and gave a shoutout to his fiancee, Kaley Cuoco, who was also present during the ceremony. Kaley Cuoco couldn’t contain her tears when Tom mentioned her in his speech.

After thanking his family and friends for all the love and support, he mentioned his pregnant fiancee and their first daughter, as well as their unborn daughter. Calling his family ‘the crown jewel of his life’, Tom said:

“And to my favorite actor in this room, my love, my best friend, my partner, the very pregnant Kaley - I love you more than anything, and our family is the crown jewel of my life. Matilda, Daddy loves you. Baby girl in that belly, Daddy loves you. Thank you, God bless.”

Kaley Cuoco’s previous marriages before engagement to Tom Pelphrey

Before meeting Tom, Kaley first married tennis professional Ryan Sweeting. After just 21 months of marriage, Cuoco and Sweeting filed for a divorce, which was finalized in 2016. At the time, the couple's representative cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their divorce, stating it was a mutual decision. As she navigated her life after divorce, she found love again when she met her future husband, Karl Cooke, in 2016.

The duo got engaged in 2017 and married in June 2018. For years, the couple looked head-over-heels in love, but in 2021, they publicly announced their separation, saying they had realized their lives were moving in different directions. After her second divorce, Cuoco struggled with depression and swore never to get married again as she faced unbearable heartbreak.

It was during a conversation on The Drew Barrymore Show that the actress reflected on hitting rock bottom during her divorce from Karl and recalled that she couldn't even get off the floor.

Kaley revealed that while she was supposed to be celebrating a career milestone, she couldn't breathe. She recalled how she felt it was the end of her life and she would never find happiness again. She was quoted as saying:

"I literally saw my soul leave my body. I was so depressed and so sad. I couldn't even breathe. I truly thought my life's over. Never getting married again. I'm never gonna have kids. This is it."

But when Cuoco met Tom Pelphrey in 2022, his view on love and commitment changed. After their first meeting, the couple fell in love and welcomed their daughter, Matilda Carmine Richie Pelphrey, in 2023. The duo got engaged in 2024 and is currently expecting their second child.
