The Front Man Gifts You a Squid Game Teaser
by Alejandra Gularte · VULTUREHow many pink guards does it take to deliver Seong Gi-hun? Four, but not everyone is happy to get the gift, especially if it means it really is the end of Squid Game (as a show, yeah, but surely the gamers would be happy to close a chapter in the Front Man’s book). As a bit of a consolation present for a Monday evening, the Front Man dropped off a package wrapped tightly in a bow: a new teaser for the final season of Squid Game. Player 456 gets delivered to a room of hopeful contestants, with vengeance that can only be fulfilled once the games are over, as the players are continuing the competition from season two. “It’s time to play one last time,” Netflix promises as the trailer cuts between shots of the contestants seemingly being divided into two teams with new games approaching— possibly with Young-hee’s giant robot boyfriend Cheol-su. Who knows what tricks he has under his metal bowl cut? Season three of Squid Game is out on June 27 on Netflix. Let the games end.
