Michelle Keegan shares pregnancy update as she prepares for first child with Mark Wright

Michelle Keegan gave a sneak peek into her journey towards motherhood with hubby Mark Wright through a heartwarming Instagram photo series. Soon after the festive season, the Brassic star turned heads when she dropped a gorgeous snap of her burgeoning bump alongside Mark, revealing their excitement for their growing family.

To their overjoyed fans, they declared: "2025 is going to be a special one for us.."

In a recent Insta-story shared by Michelle, she showcased various snapshots from her eventful month, highlighting the importance of self-care as she indulges in soothing massages, belly masks dedicated to baby bumps, and cosy coffee meetups. Her post radiated relaxation vibes as she penned: "A self-care January..." followed by a flurry of fitting emojis.

One image displayed her baby-bump pamper package, courtesy of Rochelle Humes' venture My Little Coco, replete with 'bump butter', a 'bump sheet mask', and a luxurious bath foam. Michelle also snapped a chilled selfie donning a face mask while unwinding at home in her robe.

In another candid, she’s seen savouring her meal whilst curled up on the couch watching television, reports the Mirror.

Additionally, Michelle captured a breathtaking sunset view from her residence and included an endearing clip of herself and Mark strolling together. She wrapped up her collage with an optimistic quote: "This will be a good year."

The comments section was ablaze with affection, among them Rochelle Humes herself praising: "The best kinda self care."

Jess Wright showed her support with a sequence of heart emojis, while Carol Wright expressed her joy with: "Glowing my darling. Good times coming this way."

Friends of the couple say Michelle and Mark were discreet about their pregnancy initially, relishing the private celebration after years of anticipation. A source close to them revealed to The Sun that starting a family has always been in their plans: "Starting a family has been something they have wanted to do for a long time," said the insider.

They went on to detail that both are thriving in their careers and with their Essex home finished, the timing felt absolutely right. It was also shared that their families have been in the know for some time.

When news of Michelle's pregnancy emerged last month, congratulations poured in, including from Mark's brother Josh who is eager for their children to meet, commenting: "Over the moon for you both and can't wait for our boys to meet your little one."

Mark's mother didn't hide her excitement either, proclaiming she was "super excited" to greet another grandchild and sharing the announcement photo on her Instagram.
