BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Vogue Williams' real life with singer ex and famous husband

Vogue Williams is set to dazzle in this year's Christmas special of Strictly Come Dancing.

The festive edition of the BBC hit show will feature presenter Vogue Williams among its star-studded line-up. Joining her on the dance floor this season are comedian Josh Widdicombe, partnered with Karen Hauer; Tayce, the drag artist, paired up with Kai Widdrington; and 'Nitro', aka Harry Aikines-Aryeetey from Gladiator fame, who will strut his stuff alongside Nancy Xu.

Also stepping out is EastEnders star Tamzin Outhwaite with Nikita Kuzmin, and Race Across The World's Billy Monger is set to appear with Nadiya Bychkova.

Discussing her participation, she said: "I'm so excited to join the Strictly family! Carlos would have more of a chance of winning a Nobel prize than turning me into a good dancer but I am determined to try my very best! I'm loving it so far, bring on the Ballroom floor."

Sadly, her original dance partner Carlos had to withdraw due to injury, leaving Gorka Marquez to fill in for him.

A spokesperson for Strictly Come Dancing stated: "Unfortunately, professional dancer, Carlos Gu, has sustained an ankle injury so is unable to participate in the Strictly Come Dancing Christmas Special alongside contestant Vogue Williams. Fellow professional dancer, Gorka Marquez will be stepping in for him and dancing with Vogue. We all wish him a speedy recovery."

Stepping away from the Strictly spotlight, Vogue is married to Made In Chelsea's Spencer Matthews. Before tying the knot with Spencer, she was hitched to Brian McFadden from 2012 until their split in 2017. The couple are doting parents to three little ones - Theodore, six, Gigi, four, and two year old Otto.

Opening up about her home life, she shared with Hello!: "I always try to teach my kids manners, to be polite and to talk to our neighbours. I tell them to make sure they stop and just say 'Hello', or 'How are you?' or 'How was your day?'"

She added: "Seeing them after school, just little things like that. Because I think they make such a difference by just being polite and respectful. It can change someone's day and it's great when someone shows you they're actually interested in what you did today."

As for her relationship with Spencer, despite their busy schedules, they carve out precious moments together.

"I usually cook him something nice or I do most of the organising of everything in our lives. I think everyone thinks he and I work together all the time. We actually don't; we're separate for most of our day. So at night, we come home, we'll have dinner together, and then we both have our set jobs to make each other's lives a bit easier," she revealed.
