2025 Emmy Awards: All the Irish nominees including Colin Farrell and Sharon Horgan

The Irish stars were among the prestigious shortlist, which was announced by actors Brenda Song and Harvey Guillén in the US on Tuesday.
Colin Farrell has been nominated in the Lead Actor in a Limited / Anthology Series / Movie category for his performance in the Batman spin-off series The Penguin.
He has already won at the IFTAs, Golden Globes, Screen Actors Guild, Critics Choice, and Satellite Awards for his work on the series.
IFTA winner Ed Bruce has also been nominated for his work on The Penguin in the Outstanding Special Visual Effects In A Single Episode category.
Sharon Horgan has been nominated in the Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama series Bad Sisters, of which she is also the showrunner.
She will go up against Bella Ramsey for The Last of Us, Britt Lower for Severance, Kathy Bates for Matlock, and Keri Russell for The Diplomat.
And Love/Hate star Ruth Negga has been nominated in the Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Limited / Anthology Series / Movie category for her performance as Barbara Sabish in the Apple TV+ series Presumed Innocent.
Other Irish nominees also include John Conroy, in the Outstanding Cinematogrpahy For A Limited Or Anthology Series Or Movie for his work on Zero Day.
Caroline McCall in the Outstanding Fantasy/Sci-Fi Costumes category (House of Dragon)
Michael Harte in the Outstanding Documentary or Nonfiction Special category (Deaf President Now!)
Séammus Murphy-Mitchell in the Outstanding Hosted Nonfiction Series of Special (My Next Guess Needs No Introduction With David Letterman)
The awards will take place on Sunday 14 September at the Peacock Theatre in Los Angeles.
