2026 sees an exciting milestone for Pokémon, marking 30 years of the iconic Japanese franchise. The Pokémon Company International will host two Night Out concerts bringing together electronic music and the series' cast of iconic characters - including Pikachu, Mewtwo and Gengar - for a "once-in-a-lifetime" experience.
The first event will take place at Los Angeles' Intuit Dome next month (October 24), followed by a show at London's O2 Arena in Greenwich on November 10. Both events will feature performances from DJs and self-proclaimed Pokémon fans Marshmello, the famously masked, GRAMMY-nominated artist and producer and Female Artist of the Year at the 2026 EDM Awards, Alison Wonderland.
Each event promises to feature "cutting-edge technology and animation" which will "bring Pokémon to life in ways you've never seen before," alongside cool surprises and exclusive Pokémon Night Out merchandise, including T-shirts, pins, and a bucket hat, which will only be available at those events.

In a post shared via Instagram earlier this year, Alison Wonderland shared her excitement for the Pokémon Night Out series, writing: "I’m gonna have special Pokémon visuals and song edits just for these shows. As you know, I’m a huge Pokémon fan so I am FREAKING OUT."
Marshmello also gave an insight into his plans for the unique set, saying via the Pokémon YouTube channel: "For this show specifically, it's been really fun to work off all the visual moments that we have planned."
"DJing is kind of freestyling, that's the magic behind it all, but on the other end of the spectrum, it's very calculated and meticulous and a very specific experience to be able to do for you guys," he continues. "It's going to be awesome."
The Pokémon Night Out events follow on from its Pokémon Day Out series earlier this year, which consisted of family-friendly pop-ups in New York, Dresden, Mexico City and Bordeaux.
