The pair, who tied the knot in May 2012, separated in January. They have had two children — son Olivia and daughter Isabella.
Since his separation, 2Baba has moved on with Natasha Osawaru, a member of the Edo state house of assembly.
The ‘African Queen’ hitmaker confirmed their relationship, proposed to her in February and wedded the lawmaker in July.

He also argued that Natasha had nothing to do with his split from Annie.
The 40-year-old actress and model, who had been silent on their separation since the singer announced it in January, confirmed the development in April.
At the 17th edition of The Headies, Annie introduced herself with her maiden name as she took the stage to present an award.
She also revealed she is now single, giving a shout-out to single ladies during her introduction.
