DOWNLOAD: Burna Boy releases 8th album ‘No Sign of Weakness’

Burna Boy, the Grammy winner, has put out his highly anticipated eighth studio album ‘No Sign of Weakness’.

The project, released via Spaceship Records, Bad Habit, and Atlantic Records in the early hours of Friday, contains 16 tracks.

The body of work features previously released singles like ‘Bundle by Bundle,’ ‘Update,’ ‘Sweet Love,’ the Travis Scott-assisted ‘TaTaTa,’ and ‘Change Your Mind‘ featuring Shaboozey.

The other tracks in the album are ‘No Panic’, ‘No Sign Of Weakness’, ‘Buy You Life’, ‘Love’,  ‘Come Gimme’, ‘Dem Dey’, ‘28 Grams,’ ‘Kabiyesi’, ‘Empty Chairs’, ‘Pardon’, and ‘Born Winner’.

The project also boasts high-profile collaborations, including Mick Jagger on ‘Empty Chairs’ and Stromae on ‘Pardon’.

The ‘Last Last’ hitmaker recently revealed why he titled the album ‘No Sign of Weakness’.

The 33-year-old artiste shared that the album’s title reflects his resilience in overcoming life’s toughest challenges.

He revealed that despite facing numerous obstacles that could have ended his life or career, he never showed weakness.  

Born Damini Ogulu, Burna Boy gained fame after releasing ‘Like to Party’, the lead single from his debut album ‘L.I.F.E’ (2013).

Since then, he has released seven albums: ‘L.I.F.E’ (2013), ‘On a Spaceship’ (2015), ‘Outside’ (2018), ‘African Giant’ (2019), ‘Twice As Tall‘ (2020), ‘Love, Damini‘ (2022) and ‘I Told Them‘ (2023).

He has also won several awards. In 2021, the Afro-fusion artiste won the ‘Best World Music Album’ category at the Grammy Awards for ‘Twice As Tall’.

Burna Boy is set to headline the final night of Afro Nation Portugal tonight at the Lit Stage, marking his first performance since the album’s release.

With the new release, Burna Boy continues to push boundaries, blending global influences while cementing his status as a trailblazer in contemporary music.
