On May 11 KST, the agency released an official statement through its social media channels, saying it is continuously pursuing legal action against individuals responsible for spreading false information, defamation, sexual harassment, personal attacks, insults, and privacy violations involving IVE members.
The agency emphasized that such actions are “clear illegal acts that can never be tolerated,” adding that they “cannot be justified under any circumstances.”
Starship further stated that it plans to hold offenders accountable “to the very end” using every legal measure permitted under the law, without leniency or exceptions.

The company concluded by stating it will continue pursuing strict criminal complaints and civil lawsuits against offenders moving forward.
