Former ENHYPEN member Heeseung, now promoting under the stage name EVAN, is reportedly preparing to officially launch his solo career next month.

According to an exclusive report by IZE on May 11, Heeseung (EVAN) will release his first solo single in June and make his official debut as a solo artist.

The move comes approximately three months after his departure from ENHYPEN. Back in March, Heeseung, now known as EVAN, reportedly left the group in order to pursue a different musical direction and begin his activities independently.

Since debuting with ENHYPEN in 2020, Heeseung built a strong reputation as the group’s main vocalist, earning recognition for his stable vocals, rap skills, and performance abilities as an all-rounder artist. He also showcased his songwriting, composing, and producing talents through tracks such as “Highway 1009” and “Dial Tragedy,” further highlighting his potential as a singer-songwriter.

Performances are already scheduled following his solo debut. EVAN is set to appear at the ‘2026 Busan One Asia Festival (BOF) with NOL’ on June 28 at Busan Asiad Main Stadium. He will also reportedly perform at ‘KCON LA 2026,’ which will take place at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on Aug. 16 local time.

As these will mark his first major festival appearances as a solo artist since leaving the group, attention from both domestic and international fans is expected to be high.

After establishing himself as ENHYPEN’s main vocalist, Heeseung is now preparing to embark on a new chapter as solo artist EVAN, beginning with his first single release in June. Many are watching closely to see what kind of musical identity he will showcase after making the bold decision to pursue his own artistic direction.
