Ahn Hyo Seop attends '98th Academy Awards' as part of 'KPop Demon Hunters' team

Ahn Hyo Seop will make his first appearance at the 'Academy Awards' as a member of the team behind the Netflix animated feature 'KPop Demon Hunters.'

According to Maeil Business Newspaper, Ahn is scheduled to depart on the afternoon of March 14 for the '98th Academy Awards,' which will take place on March 15 (local time) at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, Los Angeles. His agency, The Present Company, confirmed the report, stating, “Ahn Hyo Seop has been officially invited to attend the '98th Academy Awards.'”

In 'KPop Demon Hunters,' Ahn voices Jinu, the leader of the Saja Boys. The film has been nominated for Best Animated Feature and Best Original Song for “Golden” at this year’s Oscars. In addition to his work on the film, Ahn Hyo Seop is preparing for the premiere of his upcoming drama, 'Sold Out on You,' scheduled to air on April 22.

This appearance marks a significant milestone in Ahn Hyo Seop’s career, highlighting his growing recognition on an international stage.
