Choi Ji Hyun
, who gained popularity through 'R U NEXT?,' and Yoon Su In, who drew attention on 'Unpretty Rapstar: Hip Hop Princess,' have been confirmed as members of the first girl group to be launched by BlueBrown Records.

BlueBrown Records is a newly established entertainment agency co-founded by renowned creative director Myung Sang Woo and the late Wheesung. Myung has played a key role in shaping the branding and growth narratives of major artists such as ATEEZ, ENHYPEN, and ILLIT.

Choi Ji Hyun
, who earned widespread support through JTBC and HYBE’s girl group project 'R U NEXT?,' and Yoon Su In, who made waves through SBS’s Universe Ticket and Mnet’s 'Unpretty Rapstar: Hip Hop Princess,' have officially begun their debut journey as members of BlueBrown Records’ first girl group.

During 'R U NEXT?,' Choi Ji Hyun stood out with powerful performances that contrasted with her cute visuals. Although she narrowly missed the final lineup, her refined dance lines and commanding stage presence left a strong impression on global fans. She later joined BlueBrown Records, founded by CEO Myung Sang Woo, with whom she built a connection through the show, marking a fresh start in her career.

Yoon Su In also gained recognition as a contestant on Universe Ticket and 'Unpretty Rapstar: Hip Hop Princess,' where she showcased her distinctive vocal tone and solid rap skills. Her intense stage presence, combined with a contrasting visual charm, helped cement her presence with the public.

With performance-driven Choi Ji Hyun and all-rounder Yoon Su In - skilled in rap and vocals - joining forces, anticipation is growing for the musical direction and performance identity of BlueBrown Records’ first girl group.

The group’s name and official debut schedule have yet to be announced. However, excitement among global fans is building after Yoon Su In recently cleared her personal Instagram account, while Choi Ji Hyun was spotted on social media with individuals believed to be fellow debut members.

BlueBrown Records stated, “Choi Ji Hyun and Yoon Su In are artists with immense potential in both music and performance. We are preparing a girl group with a fresh concept that highlights their strengths, and we ask for your continued interest and support.”

Meanwhile, BlueBrown Records is accelerating preparations with the goal of debuting the group in the first half of this year. As a label co-founded by creative director Myung Sang Woo and the late Wheesung, expectations are high that the group will stand out through a distinctive blend of musical sensibility and creative vision built on their legacy.
