Seventeen’s The8 to headline Midou music festival in China

Member of SEVENTEEN, The8, is set to take the stage as a headliner at a major music festival in China.

According to Pledis Entertainment, The8 will perform as the final act at the MIDOU Music Festival, held from May 1 to 2 in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province.

Launched in 2014, the festival has grown into a large scale event, drawing tens of thousands of attendees and contributing to regional tourism.

The8 previously showcased his solo capabilities as a headliner at another major Chinese festival in Beijing, where he impressed audiences with performances that combined vocals, dance, and DJing, generating strong buzz online.

His artistic range has also been evident in solo releases such as Star Crossing Night and the EP ‘Stardust’, as well as through his ongoing art project THE 8 Contemporary ART.

With his upcoming appearance at MIDOU Music Festival, The8 continues to solidify his presence as a solo artist on the global stage.
