CLASS:y makes comeback under new agency, working on new album with BTS producer EL CAPITXN

On February 3, their agency K-TIGERS Entertainment confirmed the news, stating, “CLASS:y has begun work on a new album together with EL CAPITXN.”
This marks CLASS:y’s first comeback in approximately one year and three months. Their most recent release was their third mini album 'LOVE XX.' Following that promotion cycle, the members transferred to K-TIGERS Entertainment and began preparations for their return.
Industry attention is focused on the collaboration, as EL CAPITXN is widely recognized as a leading K-pop producer. He has previously worked with major artists including Psy, BTS, and IU. The agency stated, “We will provide full support so that the members can fully demonstrate their potential, as well as their musical and performance capabilities.”
They added, “Throughout the album production process, each member’s opinions were actively reflected. We plan to present CLASS:y’s unique charm and distinct identity more clearly than ever.” The company also requested fans’ continued interest and support, saying, “We are working diligently to present youthful and energetic songs that audiences can enjoy together on stage.”
Meanwhile, CLASS:y was formed through the MBC survival program 'My Teenage Girl.' The group debuted in May 2022 and signed an exclusive contract with K-TIGERS Entertainment last year.
